Management & Organizational Structure

NMWEO has 17 (10F, 7M) general assembly which is the highest governing body of the organization. The GA elected seven board members (5 F, 2M) every three years (out of which two shall continue for another term). Under the board there is the executive office led by Executive Directress who is responsible for the day-to-day overall management of the organization. Under the directress there are the program and finance and administration departments which are responsible for the day-to-day program, financial and human resources management and smooth operation of the projects of the organization. NMWEO has field offices in Axum and Wokro in Tigray regional state, Bahir Dar in Amhara and Oromia and Gambela regional states.
