Capacity building for staff and Board Members of NMWEO

NMWEO designed a two days training for Staff and board members as a capacity building tool with project title:- Strengthening the capacity of New Millennium Women Empowerment Organization /NMWEO/ for more effective gender equality and women right advocacy which funded by Plan International Ethiopia.
So, to do this the training was conducted from May 25-26, 2022 at Lake Bishoftu Resort (Debre Zeit).The training was on writing a wining proposal and experience sharing from Siqquee Women Development Association (SWDA) as a capacity building of NMWEO and its sustainability. The participants are include staff members (6), Board members (7) and (3) from Siqquee Women Development Association (SWDA).
